Chair Yoga is a way to engage in stretching, strength building, and mindfulness from a chair rather than up and down from the floor. 

I would call my yoga classes "gentle" vinyasa. The Wednesday night class uses essential oils for aromatherapy and the Monday class is a "vin yin". See descriptions for details. 

Workshops are offered several times a year that include herbalism, nutrition, and holistic living. Explore workshop options.
